Analysis of End to End Congestion Control Mechanism in Narrowband Ad hoc Networks

Military wireless networks which are based on narrowband and half duplex channel make it is hard to utilize ACK as a indication for congestion.So the one way end to end delay and packet delivery probability become the important parameters to predict the avoidance.This paper analysed and revealed the numerical relationship among the congestion level,link layer parameter and app layer performance through M/G/1 queueing model,thereby,provided theoretical principle for design of congestion control algorithm.
