International Experience in Food Safety Risk Communication and Its Reference to China

The effect of risk communication on food safety emergency management is of great significance.This article made summary and analysis about the status quo of risk communication in European Union,the United States,Japan and other regionals or countries.At last,some recommendations were raised,such as actively guidance from government,risk communication institutionalized,establishing channels of communication,and strengthening literacy and basic research to improve food safety risk communication in China.
