Aimed at the difficulty to synthetically consider cost, effectiveness and time, the problem of analysis of cost-effectiveness of weapons is solved by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.A brief introduction to a mathematical model fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is presented and three points which should emphasize at the time of auxiliary decision by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are inducted. As example, four scheme selections of aircraft are respectively evaluated. In this process, fuzzy precedence matrixes of mono-factor are built.Judgment matrix is obtained by computing sequent vectors of mono-factor,the result of cost-effectiveness which is used to select scheme is received by weighted-mean composition of judgment matrix and weighted vector by KLEE.The result indicates that this method can be used practically.
