The Tabulation Recognition in Chinese Layout Analysis

In order to solve the difficulties of recognizing tabulation in the analysis of Chinese layout,the projecting method is given based on the characteristics of the histogram of vertical and horizontal projecting.The rate of recognition can reach over 90 percent by testing usual news and journals.
