Measurement of Information System Requirement Change Based on Statistical Analysis Method

To reduce the effect of requirement changes on the information system(IS) development,more appropriate software engineering methods and measurement must be used to analyze the cause and the tendency of these changes,and then manage and control them.A requirement measurement method of IS based on statistical analysis is introduced to analyze the tendency,main cause and distribution of requirement changes.
