Problems and Its Countermeasures in Secondary College's Teaching File Management in Higher Education

The major problems in file management of are as follows: incomplete collection of teaching file materials;non-clear line of file management;traditional artificial filing and etc..The reasons for them include insufficient attention to file management paid by college leaders,part-time file clerk and teachers;lack of perfect rules and regulations;not high qualified file clerks;inadequate publicity,guidance and supervision.As for these,secondary college's file managers should change their thoughts,strengthen file consciousness and establish strict teaching file management systems,improve the qualities and levels of teaching file clerks and reinforce information management of teaching files.
