Certificate Update Protocol in Asynchronous Networks

Our protocol provide a secure certificate update service based on weak network assumptions. A set of servers share the responsibility of Certificate Authority. We integrate Byzantine quorum system and proactive secret sharing to make service available and defense against denial-of-service.
