The opening and variety of research method of military operation and the flexibility method of combined quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis of fuzzy mathematics bring the new ideal and method of decision analysis for the collective design of the testing of the new type of missile weapon equipment.Research background based on the collective design on the testing,the application illustration of the fuzzy decision analysis method was given and it provided the reference ideal for the practice of the test project.
