Government Information Resources Management is an important applied field in information resources management.Seen from the world,it has a history of 29 years.By means of statistical and comparative methods,this paper analyzes the distribution of the time,the quantities,the periodicals and the subjects.A comparison of the similarities and differences between China and foreign countries is made.It sums up the overall situation of research papers.Finally,it forecasts future direction of the development and thinks the theory will be turned to technology and practice.
