With development of basic technology,triple-play bundling becomes a reality in today’s IT domain.The changes brought by triple-play bundling in transmission way of works is enormous and will surely affect future Copyright Law far profoundly.The problem that the right of through information network can't fit with new situation also arises along with rapid development of triple-play bundling.The Copyright law,in its present form,leads to a law loophole?that there is no rule to regulate non-?interactive communication method which is being widely used in spread of works.In future of Copyright legislation,we may reconstruct present the right of through information network by completing definition and making it more substantial.
