Qualitative simulation can be defined as the technique of establishing and evaluating the qualitative algebraic equations or qualitative differential equations,and obtaining envision and qualitative behavior.So,qualitative simulation and the deep knowledge based artificial intelligence can be considered as the same scientific domain.Graph theory is the practical and effective computational method for complex qualitative and quantitative simulation mathematical models.A systemic computational methods and an example were given.
