Information Fusion and its Influences on Modern Enterprise

Based on the analysis of influences on human society and challenges to modern enterprises in the age of information technology, the necessity of studying onenterprise information fusion is presented. After the implication, occurrence and development of information fusion reviewed, the layered structure model of information fusion and the main characteristics of these three fusion layers are introduced. Then eleven kinds of fusion method and Iwo key kinds of supporting technology are summarized. Finally, the possible influences on modern enterprise are studied from aspect of enterprise i.e production, management and decision.
