Fuzzy topological semi-group

This paper defines the fuzzy topological semi-group,gives the necessary and sufficient condition about the fuzzy topological semi-group;obtained some properties of the fuzzy topological semi-group.The concept of the fuzzy topological subsemi-group is introduced,studies some properties about the fuzzy topological subsemi-group and direct product of the fuzzy topological semi-groups.
