Legislation should provide the network evidence(electronic evidence) as a new class of evidence,side by side with the original seven kinds of evidence.In this way,we could solve the network's status issues.Secretly recording the illegal way to obtain the network evidence does not have the admissibility.Through the ways accessing to the network evidence,such as illegal search and seizure,the case that is serious can not be normally accepted.When the Court identifying the authenticity of the network evidence,it primarily censors the legal validity of these methods in evidence of contract and consider themselves way occasion,and censors the appraisal content in appraisal way occasion.
