Comparative analysis of the Automatic Blood Cell Analyzer's test results

Objective To compare the same sample between the different instruments,and to know their method's differences and bias.Method Using Coulter Stks and Coulter LH750 to test WBC,RBC,HB,PLT.Coulter LH750 was used as a standard machine,Coulter Stks was used as a compared machine,and to evaluation their results.According to the linear regression equation and correlation factor,made the map and the table.Results The two machines had a good correlation,the results' relative eviation were in allowed area.Conclusion The laboratory's equipments should be regularly compared in order to ensure the accuracy of the test results.
