It is absolutely necessary to determine files to keep or destroy in the construction of files work in colleges and universities. It has specific implication and strong sense of principle. So it needs more patience in doing this work. How to improve the quality of files work and deal with the question of keeping files or not become the current problem which should be solved as soon as possible.
