The secondary development of AutoCAD2008 based on C#and GIS component technology was described in this article.The software platform of land surveying and mapping data production what was used to collect data,organize information,real-time plan,output reports,generate maps was built with a spatial geographic information database.The conclusions are proved through concrete example.
