Design of Contract Management Software with Lotus Notes

The properties of the Lotus Domino/Notes, which is a groupware system, are analyzed in this paper. The design process of using workflow in contract management, including requirement, design factor and workflow realization, is discussed.Finally,give the technology to realize inter-current control and the method to change the state value on the main document through child document. Testing results show that the contract management software based on workflow techniques is steady in motion with good performance.
