Application of Interleaving Technology in Joint Source Channel Coding

The interleaving technology can realize random coding, when used in Turbo codes.It can help communication system to achieve Shannon Limits combining with other advanced technologies such as iterative decoding and soft-decision algorithm.The paper introduces interleaving technology into joint source channel coding(JSCC) system,and optimize JSCC decoding method combing with source and channel transformations.The simulation results prove that the introduction of interleaving technology can eliminate the effects from burst errors without the increase of coding rate.
