The Professional Affliction of Editors of University Journals and Its Countermeasures

Six origins of the professional affliction of editors of university journals are analyzd: the perplexity with university management system,the leaders of university lack an appropriate understanding of editing profession,the conventional working way and editors' culture and knowledge are unfit for the development of university journals,the connection between editor and author is complicated,the pains and the gains are not in agreenment,and the occupation pressure is huge.Finally,several suggestions for editors,editorial departments and universities are put forward to solve the affliction so that the healthy development of university journals can be promoted.
