Time-Offset Compensation Based Time Synchronization Approach for Wireless Sensor Network

Based on the comprehensive consideration of the time synchronization error sources in wireless sensor network(WSN),the synchronization precision in time synchronization approaches in WSN was improved to reduce the cost,a approach on cluster and one-time message exchange was proposed.The cluster head was utilized to complete the time synchronization in the cluster.The approach maintains the synchronization precision through the time drift compensation computed by the cluster head.The simulation results show that the approach performs well on the message cost and synchronization precision.
