Research on Steel Pipe Production Supervision and Quality Control System Based on B/S Model

To improve steel pipe quality used for transmitting oil and gas,networking steel pipe production supervision and quality control system based on B/S model is developed.The hardware and software design project based on J2EE/MVC is proposed,this system can real-time process supervision datum by using Oracle 10g relational database;and the integrated technology of heterogeneous information and the output program of complex report are realized by means of the Office component and Extensible Markup Language(XML).This system is used successfully some pipeline projects during practical production supervision and quality control,such as the Second West to East gas pipeline project,Shan-Jing No.3 gas pipeline,Mo-Da oil pipeline and Se-Ning-Lan gas pipeline,and obtained good effect and has a strong promotion value.
