Risk Pre-control of Electricity Bills Based on the Cooperation between Banks and Power Enterprises

This essay analyzes the limitations of current ways of controlling the risk of electricity bills and suggests making full of the advantages of commercial banks as well as establishing a new type of cooperative relationship between banks and power enterprises for better risk management.
