Research on Impulse Backwashing Equipment for Liquid Manure Irrigation

In order to solve the problem that the filter is likely to be blocked by liquid manure in the process of irrigating,an impulse backwashing form that is based on the original filter structure is presented by using the principles of electromagnetic mechanics.Then according to the structure,some experimental studies are made in which the filter is backwashed by controlling the electromagnetic valve with different frequencies of impulse.The results of the experiments show that it is effective that clearing the attachments in some meshes of the filter with a certain frequency of pulse controlling electromagnetic valve to switch on/off in the process of irrigating with liquid manure,so the filter can be cleared by the form of impulse backwashing equipment.
