A new improved image sequence motion estimation algorithm

To the continuous motion video sequences,with the correlative between the two frames,a new algorithm based on block is put forward,basing on the high precision block matching algorithm and high speed three-step algorithm.The experimental result shows that the calculation time of the algorithm is decreased greatly in comparison with EBMA,while the precision is improved in comparison with the three-step.
