Design and Implemention of Certificate Authority Obeying the X.509 Criterion

Public Key Infrastructure(PKI) is basal and important in the course of constructing network security.To construct the PKI system,this paper proposes a complete a solution scheme of Certificate Authority——JIT CA.As a trusted third-party authority organization,JIT is responsible for issuing and managing certificates.The JIT CA system obeys the PKI criterion strictly when it is designed.Besides,it adopts some security machines,such as Access Control and Rights Management.As a result,the characteristics of authority,justness,and trustiness are guaranteed indeed.
