Application of TOPSIS Method by Variation Coefficient Weight to Water-saving Irrigation Schemes

Aiming at the feature of water-saving irrigation project schemes with multi-attributes and multi-indexes,adopting the method compared the variation coefficient to make rights with the Topsis model,a scheme optimization model for water-saving irrigation project schemes was established by calculating the distances between the evaluating scheme and the ideal one.This model was applied to the optimization of the water-saving irrigation project schemes.The results showed that this model was simple calculation,objective results and could supply scientific basis for the optimization of water-saving irrigation project schemes.
