Drinking water source monitoring and control system based on Web-GIS sets up a perfect pollution source monitor-network by integrating Internet/Intranet,GIS,database and environmental protection techniques.A comprehensive management of spatial and non-spatial information is implemented in this system.Based on introducing the design destinations,this paper presents the model of the structure,database design and main functions of this system.
