Chunk Based on the Work of the Extraction System Software Design PhrasExt

This paper applied the work study method of the classic Industrial Engineering to the preparation of chunk extraction software of bilingual parallel corpus.Expounded the work study of the two basic tools 5W1H and ECRS block in the preparation of chunk extraction applications.Results show that extraction software PhrasExt is better than the traditional extraction software.
