Cost optimization workflow-driven SaaS for collaborative research and development

To provide combined and scalable cloud services and cloud applications for different users,the cost optimization workflow-driven Software as a Service(SaaS)for the collaborative research and development was proposed.The thought of transforming functional module SaaS into typical SaaS application was put forward,the method of the management for the multi-tenant uses of SaaS was proposed,and the cost optimization strategy with Markov Chain was created.Case study showed that the proposed architecture and methods which could achieve cost optimization was accurate and feasible.
