Proof analysis of Positive Semi-definite Hermitian Matrix Inequalities

In this paper,a semi-positive definite Hermitian matrix is clearly certified and promoted,especially for the singular value inequality.The paper also states the corresponding results of inequalities on the class of semi-positive definite matrix of the improved ones.
