Feasibility Analysis of Physical Sensitization in Underground Loading Truck

In order to overcome the limitations of chemical sensitization in the blasting working of underground engineering charge,such as the overload pressure of infusion pump and the weak hole adherence of chemical sensitized explosive,a new physical sensitization mode was promoted.High viscosity explosive was conveyed with coreannular together in pipe and a plug flow was formed,which improved the conveying effect.Meanwhile,compared with mixer,the sprinkler decreased the pressure of the infusion pump and optimized the spray shape.Especially,due to the high viscosity and strong limiting shear stress,the physical sensitized explosive could adherence to the hole easily.Results show that the physical sensitization mode was feasible and helpful to put forward a new idea for the blasting construction of the underground engineering.
