An ALU that is compatible with the MCS-96 is designed.The logic predigested Operation Unit and the redesigned T-carry list reduces the delay of key-path efficiently.The sharing strategy in the design of Operation Unit and the Shift Logic minishes the area of the circuit without timing increase.
