A New Comment on Copyright Transfer

The standing committee of NPC made great amendments of Copyright Law in 2001, among which copyright transfer was most important. Setting out from article 10, the author analyzed the establishment of copyright transfer system in China. Comparing with similar systems, the author summarized the characters of the system and discussed some views in order to give advice on the perfect of copyright transfer system.
