Research and Development of Monitoring and Diagnosis System of Bearings

Monitoring of vibration signals of bearings is an important method for mechanical fault diagnose.But conventional method can not analyze the vibration signals for nonlinear systems.In this paper,a monitoring and diagnosis system based on the LabVIEW platform was developed.This system handles the vibration signals of bearings with the use of fractal theory.Experiment showed that this system is economic,has good performance,strong expansibility and exact diagnosis.Therefore,it can meet the requirement of bearing diagnosis in engineering.
