The Problems and Suggestions for Record Archiving in Electronic Office System

Based on survey and data analysis,the authors deeply studied the reasons that impact electronic documents archiving in Office Automation System,the solution to promote the electronic archiving at macro level is also suggested.In this paper,following issues were particularly discussed:the characteristics and requirements of offline transfer and online archiving,the requirement of electronic archiving towards record generation system,how to makes business management system adapt to the needs of business management,and how to protect the interests of users among process of system development.
