An Introduction to Discrete Wavelet Analysis(II)

In order to generate good wavelets,their coefficients in dilation equations have to satisfy some conditions.This paper discrihes the properties of the wavelets and their scale function,and gives an example of calculation of Haar Wavelets.Finally,the concept of cir- cular wavelet transforms is also introduced.
