Dynamic stroke extraction algorithm for Chinese characters

A new algorithm was designed for Chinese stroke extraction,which based on the laws of the outline of PIE and NA.It dynamically changed the search direction during the process of extracting PIE and NA.The new dynamic algorithm had more efficiency than the traditional algorithms.The experiment shows that the extraction accuracy is increased from 99.3% to 99.8%.
