Demonstion of the Theory of the Relation between Electric Charge and Energy

By use of the theories of the origin and function of mass and electric charge,and the universality of Newton's law the similarity of gravitational field and electric field in doing work and passing energy,the author defines the concept of electric charge equivalent of mass,and gives the value of it .And then,the equation of electric charge-energy is established.
