Discussion on the Management Responsibility of the Library to the Reasonable Use of the Database

In recent years, illegal use of the database makes it become an important issue needing further research what responsibilities the library should carry out in the management of the reasonable use of the database. This paper holds that three aspects of reminding the readers to make reasonable use of the database, monitoring the reasonable use of the database, and dealing with the illegal activities t in a timely manner.
