In modern fire control system,the mixed-signal circuits become more and more widespread.For the test and diagnosis of the mixed-signal circuits,a mixed-signal circuits test control system is designed based on the IEEE1149.4 standard.It is been verified that this test control system is simple,accurately and effective,which has laied the foundation of built-in test for modern arm electronic system.
