Processing and Management of Contributions in Sci-tech Journals: Use of Network System

Traditional processing and management of contributions in journals are done by humans,which proves to be an obstacle for working efficiency.With the growth of networking construction,the communication between the editorial department and contributors is increasingly through network,and consequently how to process the huge number of e-mails quickly has turned into an urgent problem.This paper introduces the electronic system for the processing of contributions in the editorial department.
