A Method of Vehicle-bone Electronic Image Stabilization Based on Gray Projection Algorithm

Features of vehicular motion and causes of producing dynamic image floating in the vehicular camera system are analyzed,and the necessity of carrying out electronic image stabilization for the dynamic image series in the vehicle camera system is illustrated.Employing the gray projection algorithm to conduct experiment and calculating mutual information value to evaluate the effect of the image stabilization,the algorithm of motion vector estimation available for vehicular electronic image stabilization is discussed.The experiment demonstrates that it is necessary to implement image stabilization,and the availability of the gray projection algorithm in the condition of only having translation error or less rotation error is also validated.
