Assessing Efficacy of the Automated Command System Based on WSEIAC Method

Based on WSEIAC model,the assessing efficacy of the Automated Command System(ACS) aims at event probability as the efficiency index.By means of defining the available vector,setting reliable matrix and ability matrix,the model is constructed.By adding the parameter matrixes describing the mission success rate of serviceman repairing the system and intact probability of ACS after electronic countermeasure,the model provides a relatively scientific method for solving the problem of assessing efficacy.
