The research of small resistance(10~(-8)Ω)'s measurement technology

This paper introduces the measurement technology of small resistance , the writer plans to use the digital phase-lock link technology to withdraw useful signal which is submergenced by noise, and the method meets the test requirements through the multispots measurement and the data processing. This measurement equipment takes the computer as a core,is matched by high accuracy A/D switch 、low noise amplifier and precise permanent current source, and enlarges and samples the signal voltage of the resistance which is measured,finally uses the digital phase-lock technology to calculates the value of the resistance,the measurement equipment has a feature of short measurement time,high precision ,small error and so on.It is proved that the plan is feasible through the MATHCAD simulation experiments,and the plan has social economy benefit in the national electrolytic aluminium profession.
