This article analyzed the method of statistic compute and report form gather file for the energy data in a company,used the multilayered application procedure technology based on Web and program language of Delphi7.0 to exploit corresponding system to complete the energy data statistic compute and report form gather file of each branch in a company. Analyzed the basic principle and realization method of the B/S multilayered application procedure,discussed the design and software exploitation of the system.
