Face detection using skin color and location relation

A method to detect and locate human faces in complex background is proposed by using color information of skin-color and the relation of eyes and mouth.It locates face candidates in the YCbCr color space and finds eye candidates through the complexity of these face candidates.Besides these,the authors find mouth candidates through the red feather of mouth in the YIQ color space.Finally,faces are located through the relation of eyes and mouth.
