Evaluating Method of EPC Contracting based on Cloud Model and Gray Relational Degree

In order to effectively solve the fuzziness and randomness of EPC project bidding result, an evaluation method based on cloud model and grey correlation degree is established. The equity capital of bidding enterprise being used to bid the EPC project is taken as the index of enterprise economic capacity and then the index system of EPC project evaluation is built. The cloud model is used to achieve the transformation between qualitative concept and quantitative value of evaluation factors, and the grey correlation degree is used to obtain the weight of each evaluation index. This evaluation method can make EPC project bidding more fair and scientific.
