On Design and Realization of Registration System Based on Solving the Problem of Malicious Arrearage

According to the common problem of malicious default of tuition fees of students with domestic colleges and universities,this paper puts forward the registration system information tools solutions.The basic idea of this system is based on the multi-sectoral collaboration to solve the problem,the system interface to synchronize data.A complete registration process described in details the system design and realization of the corresponding functions,the operational processes,information technology and system framework.After a long running shows,the use of the registration system,to a great extent to solve the malicious arrears problem.
