The thesis introduces the basic function of MO,uses MO and VB6 to develop the information management system of the urban underground pipeline networks,and takes it as a case study.It elaborates the method and the advantage of basing on MO to develop the information system of the urban underground pipeline networks,in order to popularize the application of the method.
